Complementing this is the debut of Hutong’s Silk Eggs, a Hong Kong-style scrambled egg dish topped with options like wild mushrooms and lobster, making it a delightful addition for both groups and families.
Additionally, The Shanghai at Hutong will present a creative range of Bloody Marys, featuring Chinese-inspired elements such as Sichuan peppercorns and a carrot juice blend. Guests can choose from alcoholic options like vodka and mezcal, or opt for a non-alcoholic version. For those seeking a boozy brunch, Hutong also offers an all-you-can-drink bubbles package with cava or champagne, making it the perfect choice for brunch in Midtown East and Upper East.
