Following the success of our inaugural Bei Fang Dim Sum collection, this new release takes you further north, east, and deeper into the regional flavors of China. Inspired by the ingredients and culinary traditions of Shandong, Dongbei, and Sichuan, our chefs have created eight exquisite new dim sum dishes—each one a bite-sized celebration of heritage, innovation, and sensory detail.

Charcoal Lamb & Fennel Seed Dumpling
A tribute to the stews of Dongbei winters—deep, warming, and aromatic. We wrap tender mutton in charcoal-infused skin and pair it with a spicy fennel sauce for a bold, monochromatic bite.
Crispy Bean Curd Roll with Mapo Tofu & Lobster
A reinvention of a Sichuan classic—creamy tofu and lobster, scented with chili and peppercorn, encased in a crisp golden roll.
Seafood Spring Roll with Seaweed
Sweet shrimp and scallop, layered with young Fujian seaweed and delicately rolled for an umami-rich crunch.
Dan Dan Bao
Inspired by the beloved dan dan noodle dish, this soft bun is filled with minced black pork, house-made sesame-chili sauce, and finished with a toasted sesame crust.
Steamed Sea Cucumber & Abalone Dumpling
Drawing from the famed “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,” this opulent bite brings together abalone, scallop, sea cucumber, and Yunnan ham in a dumpling steeped in a 72-hour broth.
Ma La Spicy Chicken Dumpling
Pan-fried and peppered with the bold heat of Xinjiang spices, this dumpling brings fire and crunch in perfect balance.
