  • Lo Hei (捞起): A celebratory dish of abalone, scallop, tuna, and colorful vegetables, known as the “Prosperity Toss.” This iconic tradition is a vibrant way to share wishes for abundance and good fortune. As part of the celebration, savor Lo Hei, a vibrant and symbolic dish traditionally tossed high at the table to bring abundance and good fortune for the year ahead. This dish, not part of our regular menu, will be available exclusively during Chinese New Year celebrations through February 10th, offering you a chance to experience something truly unique.
  • Red Mushroom Dumplings: Beautifully handcrafted dumplings filled with wild red mushrooms, shrimp, and carrots—an elegant and flavorful bite.
  • Roasted Iberico Pork: Marinated for 12 hours with honey and Chinese spices, this tender dish is a luxurious centerpiece for the table.

The menu features an array of authentic Chinese dishes, including our traditional Lo Hei (撈起) salad, which is said to bring fortune and prosperity, with its origins dating back more than 750 years to the days of the Song Dynasty. “Lo Hei”, which translates to “tossing up good fortune”, is popularly believed to mean that the higher the salad is tossed, the better your prospects and fortune in the year ahead. Other menu highlights include Roasted Iberico Pork which is marinated for 12 hours with honey and Chinese spices, Whole Lobster Tail Mapo-Style featuring Sichuan pepper, ginger, and garlic.
