For lunch, we are thrilled to introduce Kou Shui Chicken and Mapo Tofu, two iconic dishes reimagined for a midday feast. The Kou Shui Chicken, tender and poached to perfection, is served in a tantalizing chili broth, offering a harmonious blend of heat and flavor that lingers on the palate. Meanwhile, our Mapo Tofu delivers a punchy, umami-rich experience, combining garlic, dried and fresh chilies, and ginger for a comforting and bold taste.

The Emperor Dinner Menu has also been elevated with new indulgent additions. Our Prawn and Scallop Wontons are delicately wrapped and dressed in a sweet chili sauce, creating a mouthwatering start to your meal. The Steamed Cod Fillet, infused with the vibrant flavors of pickled bell peppers, chili, black beans, ginger, cilantro, and garlic, promises a succulent and aromatic main course that captures the essence of sophisticated Chinese cooking.

Of course, both menus feature our signature Kung Pow Prawns, a fiery dish brought to life with Sichuan peppercorns and julienned Chinese celery, and the Sanchen Chicken, wok-fried with dried chilies, star anise, and cumin seeds for an explosion of flavors in every bite.
